As we are a boutique company we make a limited number of cold pressed juices each week. If you have your heart set of a specific date please email us to reserve this in advance. Deliveries are available Nationwide, the delivery charge is per day.
WHEN CAN I RECEIVE MY RESET ?
We will deliver your one or two day reset to you the night before you are scheduled to begin. A three day pack will be delivered as two separate deliveries to ensure freshness of your juices.
HOW WILL IT ARRIVE ?
We will personally deliver your juices to you the night before you are scheduled to begin if you are based in Wellington. Deliveries will be left at the front door at your own risk if you are not home to collect. Out of town orders will be delivered by our designated courier.
WHAT DO I DO IF MY PLANS CHANGE ?
If you need to change or postpone your reset for any reason, you will need to notify us at least three days before your reset was meant to be shipped. We will be able to reschedule you based on availability.
A NOTE ON NASTIES
At THE DESIGN JUICERY we believe wholeheartedly that fresh juice means exactly that - fresh. It is for this reason that we use no preservatives, artificial enhancers, or techniques such as HPP to prolong the shelf life of our juicers. Because of this, your juice will need to be refrigerated immediately on delivery to ensure each bottle remains as fresh as possible. Please make sure you have space in your fridge to accommodate each 500mL fresh cold-pressed juice.

ADDITION TO POLICY
THE DESIGN JUICERY reserves the right to amend this policy at any given time without notice. It is the responsibility of the consumer to ensure that the terms and conditions outlined in this policy are understood. THE DESIGN JUICERY holds no liability for the misunderstanding of a policy by a customer. If you do have any questions please feel free to contact us through out contact page.
THE DESIGN JUICERY is not liable for any loss or damage to an individual that may arise from the use of information contained in this site. THE DESIGN JUICERY recommends that you do not carry out our reset if you are pregnant, breast-feeding, diabetic or suffering from major illness. It is also your own responsibility to advise our team of any food allergies you may have or medication you may be taking that the reset could potentially interfere with.
All payments made to THE DESIGN JUICERY are to be made in New Zealand Dollars ($NZD). All payments are processed in New Zealand and at this point in time are carried out through our designated payment system PayPal or via bank transfer. If this is a problem please notify our team and we will make alternate arrangements. All payments must be received in full before the product can be delivered. We reserve the right to alter pricing of our product at any point in time.
THE DESIGN JUICERY will not pass on any information about you that is collected by us for the purpose of trade. We will keep all information safe and secure, and will never disclose the personal information collected without prior consent.
PROFESSIONAL ADVICE POLICY
The information that is provided by THE DESIGN JUICERY (including that on any blogs or social media) is solely for entertainment purposes regarding our products. The information is not medical advice and is not intended to replace the advice given to you by your doctor or medical practitioner. The information and resets provided are not intended to diagnose or treat any condition that you may have, nor is the reset intended to replace any medication that you currently take. Certain products also contain allergens such as nuts, and where such a medical condition is prevalent it is the clients responsibility to inform THE DESIGN JUICERY in advance of booking their reset. ALL JUICES CONTAIN TRACES OF NUTS.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances arise and will do our best to accommodate this. If you need to postpone your reset you must notify THE DESIGN JUICERY at least three days in advance of shipping so that we can make the proper arrangements. We will be able to provide refunds out of this time period should you need to cancel, however will not be able to do so if you cancel with less notice. Unfortunately due to the nature of the product we are unable to provide a refund once the item has been shipped.
